Twelve years ago, film and animation studio Redrum was the first to inhabit what would later grow into our blooming village, Redpact. A thriving ecosystem where all companies enhance each other. A place where we stretch the borders of our regular school- and work approach. We love to commit to social issues, be a springboard to others for creativity and help people grow to reach their own potential. You can call us growth facilitators but that sounds… really corporate-y, so forget the word, remember the mission.

Creative Agency
Redrum, Shoutout to Stanley Kubrick, is a renowned Dutch film and animation studio. We ourselves prefer to call it a clubhouse. One of those where anyone can walk in. Hidden in the woods of the Veluwe, we work daily with around 40 industry professionals on various productions. From content for The Good Roll to immersive experiences for international museums as BBC. That arc of tension between extremes is where we thrive.
All those 40 heads bring their own specialism and experience, making us not only a team of nice people, but also a strong combination of all disciplines together.
Both conceptually and in terms of execution, we dare to say we are very good at it. And perhaps even more importantly: we have a lot of fun doing it.
Creative Technology Academy Reducations
We have been sharing our knowledge with Redrum for five years in our Creative Technology Academy Reducations. Here, hundreds of students annually deepen their knowledge and skills to enhance their job happiness and creativity. From animation classes to sound design, A.I. and copywriting, we offer some 30 courses for anyone who wants them. From 16 to 60 years old, we believe that you never stop learning. Given by the best industry professionals and with students aged 16-66 in the classroom, they are secretly innovating education.
We are a collective coming together to create socially relevant content for and by young people. We do this together with the best masters in order to reach the next gen not only with important themes, but in the meantime also to train and provide a springboard to the working field and give them more confidence. In doing so, we encourage more diversity in our industry and remove any kind of barriers to pursuing your dream as a creator.
Skill School
At Skill School, everyone (12-30) is welcome for free. To learn, discover and create. We fill some gaps with Skill School. We provide knowledge on the hottest topics like AI, but also offer a place to go when you don't want to or can't go home in the afternoon. Or when school doesn't come naturally. At Skill School, you will discover your talent if you don't yet know exactly what you are good at, or learn twice as fast if you can develop your talent with our help. And with us you don't get tests. That's nice too, right? We have created an environment where you feel safe and where you get our unconditional support.
Creative Retreats
Educational trips in a chill-out jacket. Especially for adults who want to brush up on their professional knowledge, learn a whole new skill or just want to get a breath of fresh air through all the dusty drawers in their heads.
Hubhub
We have built a really secure environment based in the Netherlands where all our initiatives are safely given. Our hybrid environment allows us to provide education 24/7 in a safe and intuitive way. Our dream? That knowledge is shared around the world rather than parties all reinventing the same wheel over and over again. Netcentric learning we also call it. And guess what? Hubhub is ready!
